OK, So I've Fallen and I Can't Get Up!

I seem to have fallen off the wagon, and it left without me. Well, that's an exaggeration. I've been following the Weight Watchers plan fairly well. Having food allergies really helps! I have to be careful and vigilant.

Yesterday, I had lunch with my sister and Dad in Kerrville. My dad loves a Mexican restaurant there, but I can't eat Mexican, so I suggested Cracker Barrel. I had the chicken n' dumplings with carrots and cole slaw. The chicken n' dumplings didn't have a lot of flavor, but the sides were pretty good.

I plan to run by the WW center to weigh in before I head to church for Altar Guild training.

Still Making Progress

Hooray! I lost .8 last week. I went to the other center and weighed in. I also bought a book with the counts of several foods. I've had a hard time getting my 3 milks in a day, so when I went last week, I got a box of Chocolate smoothie mixes. With 2 cups of milk and a mix, mixing in my little bullet blender that I got for Christmas, it's been easy to get 3 servings in. That has been my evening snack. Mmmm Good!

Happy New You!

Or maybe that should be happy new me!

I did go to weigh in last week, and unfortunately, I gained 1 lb. But for the holidays, that's not too bad. I really wanted to lose weight.

This week I've been more disciplined about eating, but I haven't tracked. I really have to get back into the habit of tracking. It's the key, and my friends and I proved it to ourselves right before the holidays started. It's time to get back on the wagon.

I've been going to the water exercise class pretty regularly. I went yesterday, and I plan to go tomorrow. I won't be able to go Saturday, so I'll have to go Sunday. Weight Watchers wants us to get at least 14 points of activity in a week and work up to 49 a week. If we earn a point for every 10 minutes of working out, that's 70 minutes a day!

Well, I'll go weigh in tomorrow. I think it'll be good. I hope so anyway.
